- E-mail the Village of McBride Office or phone (250) 569–2229.
- Complete a Rental Application Form and mail or deliver with a reservation deposit of $50.00 to:

- Discuss Event Insurance with the insurance brokerage of your choice and secure coverage suitable for your event.
- If your guests will be dining, consult Northern Health for guidelines and regulations.
- If alcoholic beverages will be served, consult the BC Liquor Board for guidelines and regulations.
- Upon receipt of the Rental Application Form and deposit, a Rental Agreement will be sent to you. Complete the Rental Agreement and return it as soon as possible with the balance of fees due (including a $200.00 damage deposit).
- Cheques are to be made payable to The Village of McBride.
