BC Hydro buyback program
If you have a spare fridge that measures between 10-24 cubic feet and is still in working condition, BC Hydro will pick it up, recycle it, and give you $30 for it.

For those ODS appliances that no longer work – bring them to Foothills Landfill where there can be safely recycled for a disposal fee of $15.
