Development Variance Permit 1291

This application is for a development permit with variance to decrease the minimum setback from a side lot line from 5.0 m to 4.5 m for an existing accessory structure and to recognize existing development on the subject property. The subject property has two existing Residential-Single Family dwellings, accessory buildings, and agricultural buildings. This application is required to bring the subject property into compliance with Zoning Bylaw No. 2892.
