The Regional District contracts with BC Hydro to operate street lights at:

• Bear Lake
• Buckhorn
• Hixon
• McLeod Lake
• Pineview
• Red Rock
• Shelley
• Willow River
• Syms Road

To report a street light problem in the Regional District, please call 250-960-4400 or toll free 1-800-667-1989, and be ready with the following information:

1. Your name and phone number
2. Address of the house closest to the problem street light
3. What the problem is (light out, light flickering, light staying on all the time)
4. The numbers from the pole's metal plate (there are several and all are required to locate the pole)

The Regional District will then forward the problem to BC Hydro for repair.
