Berman Lake Regional Park is located 45 km west of Prince George, via Highway 16 and Norman Lake Road. The 38 ha park has 3 km of trails that follow the shoreline and naturally formed eskers. 

There are two separate picnic areas, one in a small treed area with a dock to launch canoes to explore the lake, and the other has a large open lawn with a sandy beach with a designated swim area. Other facilities including picnic tables, fire pits, toilets and change houses. Camping is not permitted.
