There are user fees to dispose of household waste at the following Regional District facilities:

• Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill: payable by credit or debit card, and cash
• Mackenzie Regional Transfer Station: payable by credit or debit card, and cash
• Vanway Regional Recycling Depot and Transfer Station: currently payable by credit cards and coins
• McBride Regional Transfer Station: payable by credit or debit card
• Valemount Regional Transfer Station: payable by credit or debit card

There are no fees to drop off recycling or yard and garden waste.
